Hey y’all, I’m Shelby—the heart and hands behind Hex & Honey.
Raised on Southern comfort and bold Louisiana flavors, I created Hex & Honey to blend Cajun spice with Southern nice. What started as a dream is now a food truck serving up warmth, hospitality, and a little bayou magic in every bite.
With 15+ years in the restaurant and hospitality industry—including helping launch seven restaurants and a food truck concept—I’ve built a strong foundation in operations, menu development, and customer experience. After years of bringing others’ visions to life, I’m proud to pour that same passion into my own.
